Non-Member     $500
Member-In-Training     $225
Non-Member in Training     $275
Registration Deadline
The deadline for advance registration is February 22. Registration forms received after this date and on-site registrations will be assessed a $50.00 surcharge per registrant.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and received by February 22. No refunds will be issued after this date.
