 The Grand Hyatt is located downtown on Union Square, steps from the Theater District, Chinatown, premier shopping and cable cars to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.

Grandviews Restaurant, located 36 stories above Union Square, offers spectacular views complimented by signature cuisine and casual elegance. Every table offers views of the beautiful bay, Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, Coit Tower, North Beach, Chinatown, and the Financial District.

The complimentary 2,000 sq. ft. health club features state-of-the-art equipment.

Reservations

Registrants can obtain a Hotel Reservation Form via download as an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document File (PDF). An Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open and print the form. If you do not  have an Acrobat Reader, click on the icon below to download Acrobat from the Adobe web site.

HOTEL RATES:
The Grand Hyatt is offering ASER a special rate of $203 for a single and $220 for a double room, exclusive of the current 14% occupancy tax. $5.00 has been included in the guest room fee to help defray the hotel meeting costs.

Upon check-in, all guests will re-confirm their departure date. A $50.00 fee will be assessed for departure dates changed less than 24 hours in advance.

HOUSING DEADLINE
The deadline for housing is February 13. Reservations made after the deadline date will be taken on a space available basis, and the ASER hotel rate cannot be guaranteed.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you cancel your room reservation, your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
