After this date, individuals will be required to register onsite.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received by March 10th.
No refunds will be issued after March 10th.

HOUSING

Upon check-in all guests will be given the option of adding a $6.00 resort fee per day to the room rate which includes in-room coffee and tea daily, delivery of USA Today to guest rooms Monday - Friday, daily use of the Health & Fitness Center, unlimited local calls and 800 calls.

Upon check-in all guests will re-confirm their departure date. If a guest checks out of their room prior to their departure date established at check-in, a $50.00 early departure fee will be added to the guest's room bill.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: March 3rd. Reservations made after the deadline date will be taken on a space available basis, and the ASER hotel rate cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your room reservation, your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 3 days prior to your arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Ground Transportation

The Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa is located 20 miles from the airport. There are various airport shuttles available. One option is MEARS Transportation at a cost of $25.00* round-trip. For more information call 407-423-5566. The shuttles are located outside the baggage claim areas and leave approximately every 15-25 minutes. Taxi service is also available for approximately $30.00-$36.00* each way. For your convenience, Alamo Car Rental is available onsite at the hotel.
