1. Hotel Reservation Deadline: March 3rd.
Reservations made after the deadline date will be taken on a space available basis, and
the ASER hotel rate cannot be guaranteed.
2. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or check for a
deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax.
3. Send hotel reservation requests directly to the hotel at the address noted above. Please submit only one
reservation form per room. Reservation requests using a credit card to guarantee may be
made by telephone at (800) 327-2990 and by fax at (407) 827-3472 (Reservation fax only).
4. Hotel confirmations will be mailed out within 7 working days of
receipt of your completed form at the address above.
5. Upon check-in all guests will be given the option of adding a $6.00
resort fee per day to the room rate which includes in-room coffee and tea daily, delivery
of USA Today to guest rooms Monday - Friday, daily use of the Health & Fitness Center,
unlimited local calls and 800 calls.
6. Upon check-in all guests will re-confirm their departure date. If a
guest checks out of their room prior to their departure date established at check-in, a
$50.00 early departure fee will be added to the guest's room bill.
7. Hotel Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your room reservation,
your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 3 days prior to your arrival and a
cancellation number is obtained.
